Can someone explain to me How/Why Rose was the "Bad Wolf" I think I've missed something...

Because she looked into the 'eye' of the TARDIS, giving her the ability to defeat the Daleks.  Paradoxically, she also scattered the words "Bad Wolf" throughout time  as a message to herself in order to ensure that she would look into the 'eye' and return to save the Doctor.

I think that makes sense (almost) !

Im wondering why it was so cryptic. But HOW did she leave it? What is the Bad Wolf because in the 3rd episode they mentioned that she had seen the "Big Bad Wolf"

With her new-found abilities she was able to scatter the words "Bad Wolf" throughout time as a reminder to herself to return to Satellite 5 (owned by the Bad Wolf Corporation), therefore no other words would make sense to her.

Of course she could have scattered the words "look into the Eye, return to satellite 5 and save the Doctor" but that would have been too obvious for viewers to guess what would happen!

Rose hadn't *seen* the bad wolf, she *is* the bad wolf!
