What is considered suitable attire for men at a wedding on the beach in Florida. Women seem to have no problem as light strappy dresses and fancy sandals seem to fit any occasion but the bride is wearing a wedding dress, although light and not overly elaborate. The time of year is May and the weather will be hot so suits are out.

we went last year and the men just wore light coloured trousers and white short sleeved shirts, that sort of thing as long as the material is not too heavy. obviously no need for jackets or anything. it depends how formal it is i guess. the wedding we went to was pretty relaxed and some of the men were barefoot on the beach. it was beautiful.

If it's hot and on a beach, the men will look semi-formal in neutral coloured linen suits wwhich look, and feel cool.

Yes I would say light coloured linen slacks and short sleeved shirt. We are going to a wedding in St Lucia next year and that is what the men are wearing.
