Quick mild curry recipe needed please

My step daughter has a cold. The only thing she fancies is prawn curry. I've got prawns but little else. She hates onions so it has to be a "sans onion" dish". I've got tinned tomatoes, cream, coconut milk and various spices. Any clues for a quick "one person" dish, please?

Off the top of my head, just heat the tinned tomatos, add the coconut milk and add a little curry powder and paprika and shove the prawns in... Can you tell I'm not the one that does the cooking?!
