Isa transfer from deceased to wife

There is no probate or will. is this a straightforward process? I have official copy of death certificate.

You are asking two different questions.
Yes, you can deal with the accounts without going to probate because the value of the estate is so low - you didn't say that on the first post.
No, you cannot transfer the ISA account of the deceased into an ISA account in your own name - you lose the tax-advantageous ISA-wrapper on the account. That is what I assumed you were asking since that is the way you worded your question - ISA transfer from deceased to wife. You can of course convert the account into cash and have to returned to you as a cheque.
