Increase volume

Can I increase the volume of a recording I made. Sound is maximum on PC but the source sound made proved less than I wish ?

You can do this quite easily if you have your recording in iTunes.
Select your track(s) in the iTunes Library and Click Get Info in the File menu, select Options in the New Window. Set the Volume adjustment slider to where you need it and click the OK button. This will then play the track(s) at an increased basic volume any time it is chosen

if you google for audio editor, you can increase the volume using that.

I downloaded the audio editor & have increased the volume, thanx for help
