Kirsty Allsop's fishnets with designs on the ankles?

Hi all, In Kirsty's home programme, during the intro's it show's kirsty sat in a chair with a beautiful pair of red soled shoes and she wearing black fishnets with some sort of pattern/desgn on the outsode of her ankle - any ideas where I can buy them? TIA
