does anyone still play 'family games' on Christmas Day evening
31 Answers
When we were small, Christmas Night was reserved for playing games as a family, even if it was a board game but usually charades...and yes we had television, in fact we were the first in our street to get in (Dad was a Radio/TV Engineer when he came out of the RAF)
I remember it a time of great fun and continued with the tradition with my own family
Do you have a tradition that has carried on down the years, passed to you by your parents?

On that have you seen Bernie Ecclestone's photo/ad with his watch company. He was, apparently, mugged for his £11k watchand they have done a photo-shoot of his blackened face along the lines of "Everyone wants a xxxx watch" (can't remember the brand but it is something like Hubbleon)
bobbisox, yeh great memories, but in the past now, as both aunt &uncle passed away within last couple of years, and cousins arent so close since they went.
can still see their house with a huge xmas tree, and everyone around the dining room table ready to play, all still wearing their paper xmas hats. and the 1/2 time break scoffing home made mince pies, yeh lovely days
