Can anyone please tell me how to take Windows live messenger off my computer. I do not use it anymore and fed up with having to keep closing it ! It is not in list of programmes ! Thanks in advance.

what version of windows would (as ever) help

if it's XP it's in add remove programs and then click on add remove windows components on the left.

Reading your question again....

MSN messenger is in add remove components...

Live messenger is in normal add remove programs and is listed as windows live essentials.
