Rasman -the transport network is slowly getting back to normal. The problem was with the 2 main sorting offices in Edinburgh and Glasow. They are now clearing a huge backlog -im waiting on loads of parcels.Im sure you'll get your delivery.

I think Fife had ait a bit worse than here and we are starting to see some grass and road. Sorting offices are back up and running but believe they are dealing with bau mail first then tackling backlog over weekend. Fife is in the central belt which has been hit hard and is at the north end of the snowy band across the country, so any mail would have to get through worst hit areas before making its way south - motorwyas were shut and trains cancelled for days.
I think they are telling the truth!
