Posted this on another thread might be better on here , concil owned property two down 3 up standard build has no windows upstairs that open fully one staircase leading into the hall are there building requirements that say at least one window should open fully the windows at the moment cannot open because of gable any help pls x

If you are saying there is no escape route from the upstairs of your property contact your housing authority immediately. I would think this is very dangerous. Hope you get this sorted quickly.
