Rented property - birds in brickwork!
1 Answers
I privately rent a terraced house... the property is inspected each year by the landlord, and each time I have pointed out various issues, which I know will eventually get worse if not sorted, including severe damp in the hallway.
The rear door is wooden and has become swollen with the damp, and is now difficult to close. There is also crumbling brickwork around the outside of the door, and birds have been nesting in the holes.
Can anyone point me to any relevant legislation or good practice guidelines which I can use when I contact the landlord?
Thanks in advance.

I know the below is a specific towns council page, but hopefully if you type into google your own town etc and landlord repairs the relevant site may appear
