Our binmen aren't allowed to accept. I always give the girl who cuts my hair an extra and the lady who does my ironing. Chocs or biscuits to postie because he is so nice about my dogs (the previous one used to leave chews in the mailbox for them at christmas)
We don't have a paper boy but I did tip when we did and no milk delivery either.
my papergirl gets a box of chocolates shes a friends daughter, i don't have a milkman if i did I'm not sure i would tip him
I prefer to give 'presents' rather than tips. I don't believe in tipping. Our postie lady is lovely and very caring. She is a treasure and I shall give her a 'gift' of money. Same with my hairdresser. I have no reason to give binmen a tip, but they can't accept anyway as they are contracted to the council.
