I would press pause on skyplus and nip out
pay a quid cos i'm lazy
Definitely miss Kerry Katona.
I'll do it for 90p...
Pay the cash.
Paying someone who is poor just a quid whilst they have to walk in the cold and walk back smelling your magnificent meal whilst not being able to afford even the chips themselves sounds a little harsh. Couldn't you at least give them half of your fish and a handful of chips as well?

Yaaaah -the youngster gets his quid .wooop :))))
Get the kid to do it, and then turn off the telly and spend quality time with the OH! You've got at least 5mins, thats enough to go twice and have a ciggy after!
Make the kid go chippy. Pay them? Hah, you're too soft!

Tell the kid if they don't go, they're sleeping in the shed tonight
the quid will ensure that the poor kid can afford himself a portion of chips
... and it leaves time to butter some bread for chip butties
cazzz1975 chips are £120 where i live
''the quid will ensure that the poor kid can afford himself a portion of chips''

Not round here it won't...
(Mine was a follow-up to bobjugs12's post)
I'd go myself...I'm not paying a kid a quid-thereby encouraging him to consume junk food like me.......I'd be setting a poor example.
Oops typo £1.20 pence.
you can buy a small portion as well, or a cone.

we are splitting hairs though, Im sure this lad is not poor in the dickensian sense of the word poor
Stay in the warm, pay a quid, pour yourself a large one, and when your supper arrives, done eat it too fast! Enjoy!!!
oooops typo.....dont
