Failed Swedish bombing. Is God telling Muslims something?

Correct me if I'm wrong here but as far as I made out from the Stockholm bombing, the guy tried to set off a car bomb, but it was not as effective as he'd hoped and then he killed himself and only himself with a suicide bomb.
Maybe I'm a little wrong with the facts but my point is that if God wanted these radicals to blow up and kill people then surely these bombs should be killing dozens of people at a time and not just one or two.
Why is it that when these radical Muslims fail so miserably in their attempts at mass murder do they not stand back and think, "Hey, maybe the big guy doesn't want me to be doing this kind of thing"?
Is it the same sort of blind retarded faith and empty minds which leads them on their quest initially that is simply to blame?

Yes, it does seem to go hand in hand with religion for some reason and that must surely be a mystery to all but the most warped of minds. I'm wondering did the guy know that he'd just had a massive fail on his hands and killed himself out of self pity? Also does anyone know why some answers were removed?
