If you bought a scratchcard for someone for Christmas, and it won a big wad, would you expect them to share it with you?

Look at it the other way aswell, if you were the recipient, what would you do?

Depends how big the wad was...
I've bought scratchcards for my nieces and nephews in past years, if they had won I certainly wouldn't have expected them to divvy up with me!
You wouldn't expect it, but youd be seriously f****d off if they didn't, lol
If I gave it as a gift, then it's theirs!.....wouldn't expect a share, if they wanted to share with me, then great!...............but would never expect it!..........if I was given a winning ticket, yes , I would be happy to share with the giver!..........couldn't bear to not!........Hope it happens!..............lol..................
Get a written agreement drawn up by a solicitor and make them sign it before they get their present. Otherwise take the risk.

I suppose the trick is to buy ones with low jackpots and higher chances of winning.
