is my cat poisioned

my cat is drinking a small amount of water, however when he stands, he is somewhat stooped, like he is humping his back.  he is not eating or using the liter pan.  he is hiding under a table and he is using quite social.  i fertilized my lawn and he was outside and walked across it.  could he have gotten poisioned from it by licking it off his feet?  what can i do?

shouldn't it be obvious,take him to vets instead of causing him to get worse asking people on here who aren't vets

I was just going to say that. You could be on your way by now instead of waiting for a reply . Sorry don't mean to be rude but I am quite passionate about animals.
