CCleaner help please

In CClearner, in the Cleaner option there are two tabs – one is Windows and the other is Applications. Which boxes under those two tabs should NOT be checked? Also in the Registry option which box should NOT be checked?

Don't mess with registry cleaning unless you know exactly what you are doing.

ccleaner is very good at what it does. the registry cleaner will only move unwanted shortcuts and broken files i;e you have removed a program but it has left some files behind .i use it very often
