Hi all, I have been promoted from washing-up and keeping the table's clean in the Sandich Bar where I work to food prepper so we have advertised for another person to do this job.  We have had 2 17 year old's for 2 day trails who didn't have a clue how to wash, the water was always luke warm, so the cup's, plate's, and cutlery wasn't clean and didn't use enough washing-up liquid,  We had a fella in who works for a local hotel and is a chef there, was excellent "BUT" he could only give us 2 days work a week, yesturday we had a 32 year old lady on trail, she was worse than the 17 year old's!  Is this because folk now have dish-washer's in their home's and lost the plot or is our business asking too much of a person's ability in doing a simple job which isn't rocket science?  :-)

If you leave the food to go hard on your plate you can resuse them....thats why dishes are several inches thick :)

Surprised by the 32 year old...but would say the teenagers are just lazy and only interested in the money rather than doing anywork to earn it.
