Watched this today - it's the one where they are on the QE2 ...... but does anyone know if the interiors seen are actually the QE2? Didn't think it looked grand enough and wondered if anyone knew if it was another cruise liner? TIA

I doubt it, it would mean camera and sound men in the cabin etc, I would think its done in the studio.

I agree - but some of the shots are clearly on a ship with the engine room, bridge, theatre etc - so wondered if anyone knew which ship it actually was, as don't think it was actually the QE2 .....

I love her. And i thought the same, it wasn't very plush for the QE2 - not a good advert !!

My parents have sailed on QE2 and play 'spot the on-board location' every time that this episode is shown. :o)
