fridge freezer

just bought a fridge freezer on ebay, and plugged it in, left it overnight but the freezer still doesnt feel cold, is this cos its in the garage, ive read that some freezers dont work well in a very cold garage

Yes .. probably.
You won't tell until it is working in a warmer environment.

sorted. moved frrzer from a very cold garage to my dining room and after half n hour in the warm it stared to get life in it, by 7pm id been toiceland and now its full of goodies, did a bit google on it and if temp of area were frezer is situated is lower than the operating temp, the thermostat stops
