Baileys is the only cream liqueur that guarantees its taste for 2 years from the day it was made, opened or unopened, stored in the fridge or not when stored away from direct sunlight at a temperature range of 0-25 degrees centigrade.

Mine don't last that long!!!! Lol.

In fact I've got a glass right now.
And if you have a bottle of 2 year old Baileys Irish Cream that you are about to throw away I am willing to take a chance with it!
I belive there is a sell-by/use-by date on the back of the bottle somewhere.
Actually, reading that back again "... that guarantees its taste for 2 years ..." is all very well, but does that mean it'll last forever but they just won't guarantee it'll taste as good?
If it had a limited "lifespan", it would have a "best before" date on the bottle/label.
So ................... it still tastes just as sickly after 2 years lol.
Can't stand the stuff!
Nice in coffee might have one now, now you have mentioned it.
Sell-by and use-by dates are for short-life (perishable) goods only.
Nice glass of a Reflets du Chateau Cissac for me - not bad.....aaah
oh no my two mini's -that came in a cocktail set BB is feb 2010 :-( safe to drink? or use it for making dessert?
Forget dates; if it looks ok and smells ok and you actually like the stuff; just go for it.
Yes, safe but not at it's best.
Whitebears, of course it is fine to drink. What do you think all these dates are on things for? To make you buy more.
It's got cream in it, I think it could begin to separate and go off when it gets old.
People that are still asking, read post #1, lol
It's also got alcohol in it - a preservative.
arghh thats a releif then, its never been opened either :)

sorry Naz, im lazy lol
lol, I do the same, no worries :-))
I love Bailey's Irish Cream. That's all I'm going to say.
