Elements 9 Screen too big

I have managed to download the section of E9 which deals with RAW images. However the resulting Work space screen is too big and the bottom section is not visible. So, I cannot save, etc. the Image upon which I have been working. Anyone know of a way to decrease the size without having to change the Screen resolution which messes up other programs.

You should be able to resize it to fit the screen by dragging any corner ... if I understand your problem correctly.

That only works if you can actually see the corners to drag it by!
