Hello, At present we have our condenser boiler installed in the garage. Would it be possible to relocate it to the utility room, This has a single skin wall and would need to be strengthened- would this work do you think or is it a non starter?. Thank you in advance for your advice.

No problem fitting/moving to any space really .. you won't need to strengthen any walls either, unless they are lightweight panels.
You just have to think about pipework routes. Minimum is flow & return in 22mm, and a fuel supply. Also will need a multicore cable feed. Use remote programmer.
