Probably a silly question but how many eggs should a five year old be eating per week or what is the recomended amount?

We recently asked our doctor about this regarding our two year old.  She said we did not need to worry about giving children lot's of eggs.  They are a good source of protein.

She said that it's adults that need to watch the amount of eggs they eat, as too many can be bad for the cholesterol levels.
