i am not very clued up when it comes to computors,but i have a problem when im on the answerbank site.I can only see half

If your browser isn't allowing you to scroll down the page you probably need to reinstall it, or to update to the latest version. So the obvious question is "Which browser is it?". If you're not sure whether you're running Internet Explorer 6, 7 or 8 or something else (such as Firefox or Chrome), click on 'Help' at the top of the page and then on 'About . . .'.

Once we know which browser you're using, we might be better placed to find a solution to your problem.

IE8 has problems with scrolling some sites unless you out in in compatibility mode for that site, try clicking on the torn bit of paper icon to the right of the address bar.

I hope that Chuck's solution works but it's worth pointing out that the vast majority of the 'regulars', here in AB's Technology section, wouldn't touch any version of Internet Explorer with the proverbial bargepole. The vast majority of people around here use Firefox:
