can it do any harm if you pluck the hairs from a facial mole?

No, it won't hurt you.
I heard that you're not suppose to. I have one on me cheek that sprouts a few hairs...I always pluck them though.
No more harm than pulling a hair out from anywhere else.

That's what I was told..
I've got a mole on my face that sprouts a hair - it gets very long if I leave it, but I pluck it out. Now I'm worried about whether it's harmful!
Bambiagain.....it isn´t harmful to pluck nor is the mole pre-malignant.
Thank you for that, Sqad. I wasn't worried about malignancy/pre-malignancy, as the mole seems normal (I have a lot of moles, not so many on the face), but I'd never even considered any danger in plucking.
I've plucked mine for about 45yrs and no probs, doctor won't even remove it as it's not cancerous!

i was told by the doctor they would'nt remove the mole as it has hair its not cancerous, but I have noticed recently small white spots on the mole these can only be seen with one of those extra magnifing mirrors,
