I had a virus in my computer and since I had it repaired I can't download pictures from my Samsung camera to my computer My old camera was Pentax and that seem to be what the computer recognises
I had no problems before and had been using the Samsung for more than a year with no problems with downloads

Look in Add/Remove for Pentax software .. like 'Pentax USB Disc Device" and remove it.
After removing Pentax driver, open Device Manager/View and 'check 'Show Hidden Devices', and scroll to look for Pentax camera in Imaging Devices and remove (R Click/Uninstall) also in the Disc Drives list.
Then look for and/or download the Samsung USB driver, and reinstall. That is all you should need to do. Then it should be recognised.
