8 Answers
Hi, does anyone know if an item excluded from Argos' 30 day moneyback guarentee can still be returned if i'm unhappy with the item description? I.e. the picture not being an accurate representation of the product (In my opinion)?
Thanks for any answers.

I could'nt believe it I would have been way to embarressed to even ask, still can't believe she got away with it,
It depends what it is and and whether it can be re-sold, a camera, games console, ipod/mp3 player can't be re-sold so if they are happy to lose that money to please you they may do it, but its unlikely especially if you are just after a refund. Also if it states on the till that it may be different than in the catalogue, you have even less chance as the staff will have told you at the time of purchase.
