16d should be 13d ...Queen of Castile is Isabella 1. 17d should be 16d ..another name for tagetes is marigold. So where is the clue for 17d which is now A-B-T-O-

Clue for 13d is numberd as 16
Clue for 16d is numbered as 17
Clue for 17d is missing, as the remaining 'down' clues match the numbered lights.
