after all the fancy stuff over xmas and new year, what are you having for dinner tonight? im doing a chicken roast dinner, maybe a small reflection on a turkey dinner but certainly without all the trimmings and already pre cooked from the supermarket. i just cant seem to get started today so im glad its something simple and plain!

I'm cooking for a friend tonight and have just realised that I've gone a bit cheese-tastic. Mozzarella, tomato and sundried tomato bruschetta, spinach & ricotta canelloni with a green salad followed by tiramisu.
I had better make sure I don't offer a blue cheese dressing for the salad!
