Hi Slinky, do you like smoked mackeral or smoked salmon? The dip I like to make uses one of these fish, fromage frais, chopped chives, cracked black pepper and lemon juice.
Here's a quick, easy dip you might like - cook frozen peas very briefly, whizz together with a dollop of mint sauce from a jar and some Greek yoghurt. Add a squeeze of lemon, salt and black pepper to taste. Tastes good, looks pretty and costs pennies to make.
