wanadoo broadband/google

My son has recently moved to wanadoo broadband and now all attempts to access google fail. He is on windows98 and was on wanadoo anytime previously. Can anyone advise please

Is it just google, or cant he get to the internet at all ?.

If he can get to the internet, but not google, that is a bit strange. Try www.google.com and www.google.co.uk

Try clearing out all your brower files by going to Tools, Internet Options, Delete Files.

Delete all the files, shut down your browser, then start again. See if that helps

Thanks for the advice which I have passed on to him. It seems only to be Google that's the problem and he had already tried the above ways to open Google without success. He is at another address and out all day so I haven't had an opportunity to look for any other clues to the problem
