I have a folder full of shot cuts to the various sites and other folders i use. Just a single click and I get to the site. I like this arrangement better than "Favourites" BTW
However EVERY time I click on a shortcut the Dialogue box asking me to highlight a programme to open the site up, comes up. I do so using Internet Explorer and check the "always use this" box and it opens ok.
Trouble is it does it on every internet link I try to open and it does it again and again.
i have also "lost" the Google Tool Bar.
I did a System restore to the 5th but nowt has changed.
Can you help please.
My main browser is Int Exp and I also use Google

You've not stated which operating system you're using.

If it's XP, download this file:

Extract the REG file from the zipped one and double-click on it. Answer 'Yes' to the import prompt.

You might find that the problem has fixed itself when you reboot your computer tomorrow. (It might be necessary for the registry change to take effect).

Good night!
