This is to thank everyone who helped me and to let them know what I achieved. First, Perle de Lait is very nice but on the packet it is described "Coconut flavoured dairy dessert", although in the advert they imply it is a nicer tasting natural yogurt. I haven't had the book from Amazon yet - when I get it I hope to become an expert on cystitis. The big success though, is with honey - it makes all the difference both with Yeo Valley and with Total. I can now eat it without feeling ill. Total make a 0% fat one, which is even better for my cholesterol packed arteries. Thanks again everyone.

Star - take my advice - it is far better NOT to be an expert on such matters :o)

My husband used to say that ttfn. Never confess to being an expert on anything.
Once I have got a health issue I do like to gen up on it Star - some knowledge and understanding of terms of reference help me cope better somehow - or so I kid myself! But if I cannot be bothered to know my body more why should anyone else ? Great at parties - I could bore for England!!
I love Total 0% fat. It is too luxurious to be fat free, and with a bit of honey it is sublime.
So glad you found a solution Starbuck ;-)
