Hi guys, I work for a national company dealing in waste/ recycling, and I would like to know how to find out what other companies pay thier work-force.Is thier a site on the net to find this sort of thing out.

I doubt you'll get precise information- you will probably need to pay remuneration consultants for that. And you need to be very careful you are comparing like with like (job role, location, hours etc) and whether you are comparing medians, upper quartiles or new starters, etc). But one way is just to look at some job agency sites
