School half term
Anyone know the dates of the next half term?

Half-term in Devon is 24th - 28th October.

Remember, though, that a list of school term dates normally shows the 195 days a year that the teachers are contracted to work. The pupils only attend for 190 days per year. This is because there are 5 staff in-service training days each year - these can vary from school to school. So, although the county-wide dates for Devon are correctly given above, it's possible that, for example, the kids could be off school on the Friday before half-term week and/or the Monday following it.
