re Daily Star Crossword

I sent them an email and have just reived one back, telling me if it takes a few weeks to receive the cheque,, but if I don't hear from them by the middle of February to let them know.
We send these crosswords in to win and if we are lucky enough to do so then the cheque should be sent out pronto.

how do you know its not coming out pronto, they're only saying if you don;t receive it by then to let them know. as i said earlier it take me about a week to process a chq request - but i could easily take longer if i'm busy with fleet work
