What TV game shows, would (n't) you do, and why?

I couldn't do deal or no deal - I wouldn't be able to cope if it all went wrong as it's all down to luck.

But I'd love to do, who dares wins - there's a lot of geography questions and even on the one's that aren't I can usually get a couple of the answers.

I couldn't be doing with any game show that's purely guesswork, so that rules out quite a few.Bullseye because I can throw an arrow and answer the questions..well some of them anyway.I'm really keen on Mastermind and Uni Challenge and sometimes I manage to understand as many as six of the questions ..not getting the answers of course ...I like a quizz that asks well worded questions I mean if you know the answer great, but if you don't then from the wording of the question you can work out an educated answer.
I answer a lot of The Weakest Link ... on my sofa at home ... but I would just freeze in the studio, especially when Anne Robinson gave me a cold stare ....

Mr. and Mrs. - because I'd have to go to Thailand first.
If you ever get a chance Molly, go and do it. They are great fun. In my time I've done Bob's Full House (with Bob Monkhouse), Telly Addicts (got to semi final...knocked out by the ladies who won), 15 to 1 (despite the clapping, there is no audience!), The Crystal Maze (in the Richard O'Brien days. My favourite, though it was filmed in a hangar at North Weald airfield in November and was bl00dy freezing. Took 2 days to film) and finally Test the Nation:The Great British Test (where I was the studio winner with a score of 63/70). Have never won anything massive. In fact £100 from Bobs, a little crystal from The Maze and a glass trophy from Test, but it was good fun!
I'd love Halifax junior 1 to go on uni challenge (well i would meself but think i'm way past it at 40 lol)

we play it every week, it's usually pretty close, especially now it's getting to the final!
I don't really get your theory for not doing Deal or no Deal. It only goes wrong if you are greedy enough to let it.

I would happily go on there, wait for an offer of around 10k, which is almost a certain at some stage and then leave. It's free money and the only requirement is that you can recognise numbers. You don't even need to be able to count!

Oh yeah i'm going to apply to be on the university challenge team when/if I get to one. I can answer all most all of the geography questions, quite a few of the science and music ones (modern and old) and a few history ones.
none of them

Yeah janz I can't be doing with guesswork, but deal or no deal is the only one i can think of right now.

Plus i wouldn't go on weakest link 1) you get ripped by Anne, 2) the knocking out of people is totally unfair, and 3) you have a 1/9 (I think) chance of winning a couple of thousand pounds.

But i think I'd like to do pointless. And I'd do wwtba millionaire if I could take someone on with me that knows about old literature, sport and celebritiy gossip and the only time you can have pairs is it's a celeb special, which i'm not or mothers/ fathers day, and neither of them know about all of those things.

my dads been selected for weakest link app there is up to a 2 year wait though
I'd like to be on Only Connect on BBC4, purely because it is presented by Victoria Coren!
Question Author
We play the online game of only connect in tutorial, it's rare for us to get all of them and there's usually about 10 Alevel students aswell as a qualified a-level maths and physics teacher trying to do it!
I wouldn't go on any of them. I would hate to appear on the television under any circustances. Apart from that, although I can answer quite a lot in general knowledge type shows I would be so nervous I wouldn't be able to answer anything.

Same with the Radio?

I think the most futile show is Weakest link. Absolutely no physical or mental skills needed, just the ability to kiss and hug people and scream and shout.
Oh dear I meant Deal or No Deal.

But talking of Weakest Link, I think I might just bash Anne Robinson if I got near her.
molly - do u mind if u ask how old u are?

halifax son is 14 and loves uni challenge, he goes to a good school but doesn't have friends who like it, i think he could learn from you, if you wouldn't mind?!

17, I've been watching it for a couple of years and every series I can answer more and more of the questions.

It's one of my many life ambitions.
