Sometimes if I try to fall asleep on my back I will just be about to drop off and suddenly feel quite breathless, kind of like I have a weight on my chest so I find it difficult to breathe properly. It stops as soon as I turn on my side but is there anything that could be causing this or anything to stop it happening?

Have tried; they're so flat it's ridiculous; his mattress is v lumpy and he only has a double quilt; it's like he's subjecting himself to some sort of torture! I have a new mattress, fairly new pillows and a king size quilt (also new) and he moans my beds uncomfortbale, tsk! So should the pillows kind of be a wedge rather than a block?

I agree with 4get..........no big deal.....not life-threatening and nothing much, if anything, can be done about it.

Ta sqad, didn't expect it to be life threatening; annoying that nothing can be done though!
