A woman reaches her 50th birthday and is thinking of having some sort of plastic surgery to celebrate, She's already had face lifts liposuction and nips and tucks so she decides to have a designer vagina (She said no to the Katy Price model). She goes into hospital and has the operation. When she comes round she finds the room filled with flowers. There are flowers from her husband, her children and best friends, a bunch from her anaesthetist, and her surgeon (because he had a hand in it). And last but not least a beautiful bouquet from Mr Willis in the Burns Unit thanking her for his new pair of ears.
