Happy Monday!!!!
I found another forum and someone there had a really awful story to tell.. which they need some advice for.. I hoped Barmaid or Buildersmate might be able to help her...

It isnt a hoax - as she only came here from my recommendation as I thought someone would be able to advise her.. Hence she is showing as a new member with zero posts/contributions.

What advice were they given on gardenlaw.co.uk (a forum about garden law in the UK) before they came here?

She has had a few posts yes - sorry I wasnt meaning she hasnt had any.

I was hoping someone might have the magic key piece of info she was missing.
I believe she has been in touch with the council (who so far have not been much help) and a solicitor (who advises she needs to spend £10,000) to stop his actions.

Where do you turn if you ...
a) dont get any help from the Council
b) dont have £10,000

The farmer seems a law unto himself and a nutter as well!

She needs a new Solicitor.

Might be lucky here, BM will only charge 9k.

I was responding to the two previous posts by yourself and bednobs.. and the title of this thread is asking if either Barmaid or BM are about to help on the original thread...

Apologies if you think this is thread duplication - but others often post in chatterbank looking for a specific person asking for advise. That is simply all I have done!

barmaid and BM have both come across as very knowledgable and tend to give very detailed advice.
