Worried what might happen!!

Hi there, I was out with firends just before christmas, and a fight broke out, outside in the smoking area, i went over to break it up which the cctv shows me doing this, me and this bloke ended up pushing each other, and he fell on the floor! He held on to my jeans, so i lifted my leg up and bought it back down, the cctv doesnt show me kicking or stamping, because of the position of the camera, plus i didnt kick him!! No statments have been made againist me, but ive got previous convictions, im now on bail with a gbh charge hanging over me, and worried that the cps will want to make this into something its not! To make matters worse i dont even know the people who was fighting, just trying to stop a fight, wish i never borthered, should of just watch on like everybody else!!

How can they make it stick with no statments, and no cctv proving i did kick him?

Yes ive got a witness, he was trying to get the bloke off my legs! No im not a concerned citazen, just thought i was doing the right thing, it all happened so fast, before i knew it, this bloke had hold of me....he was like a dog with a bone, he just wouldnt let go!

this is very serious, and you need a solicitor ASAP. I'm presuming the bloke was seriously injured. - how did that happen?

No the bloke wasnt seriously injured, i showed my firends the bail sheet and his name wasnt even on it as part of my bail conditions to stay away from him, just other peoples names who i dont even know. they have seen me lift my leg up and bring it back down, and thats where there getting a gbh charge, but theres no evidence to prove i did....Because i didnt kick anyone!

if no-one is injured, there can't be a charge of GBH against anyone

Ive gotta go back to the police station this Tuesday, im guessing there gonna re-bail me, because the cps want more evidence, which they wont get, because these blokes who was fighting arent saying anything to the police! In my interview the police said nobody is talking, so i just told them my story, without a lawyer, didnt feel the did to have one with me, because i havent done anything wrong!

There was a bloke on the floor, who got 2 broken ribs, but you can clearly see im not near him when i lift my leg up on the cctv, im thinking there gonna try and do me for this blokes broken ribs, if thats the case it will get laughed out of court, unless they can prove ive got go-go gadgit legs 2metres long.
