laptop troubles again

hi to all who know about my laptop l have asked many questions over the last couple of weeks and taken the advice given, now this morning l have been trying to get on to my hotmail and after twenty minutes got through , what the dickens is going on if anything its going slower than before l am at a lost my last question l was told if it aint broken dont fix it which l took and did'nt do anything but now it seems to be going slower what have l done what am l doing wrong am getting so p---s-d of with it all please help. thank you.

Is this only happening with Hotmail? If so, the problem is their end, not your computer or internet connection...
