orange top up cards

Hi

A friend of mine has lost the above for a payg phone. Can you still get them or is it phone top up voucher only now?

(My Vodafone card is held together with sticky tape. I phoned Vodafone to ask about getting another one, to be told that any Vodafone shop can supply them - but all of the Vodafone shops around here deny any knowledge of replacement cards. It seems that the phone companies simply aren't replacing them).
