Hi, As a Programmer. While writing the codes I had prepared a manual and taken printed out also, However for some reason I have lost all original work and left with no information, The only
thing I am left is this printed material which I need to modify too. I have scanned it and is in Tiff format now. Does any one know a good site where I can convert scanned manual into text format –I am looking for a good site and I don’t mind paying?.

I've never used OCR software, but it's out there.

I don;t hve a great deal of experience but I had a trial version of Abbyy FineReader once (since long run out) and it seemed ok. You may wish to search the web to see if someone does a trial that will cover the amount of "test" scans you want.
If you've got MS office professional then onenote does a pretty good job of OCR

You are clearly very versatile. A couple of weeks ago you were a second year student in graduation, and a few days earlier you were an accountant.
I think there are lots of things out there, as Naz and others have suggested.

Maybe someone will come on here shortly with an excellent but costly solution...
I second factor on this,if you look at this posters other questions they all look as if they are leading up to an advert?
I noticed 1234456 posted another almost identical question this morning except this time he seemed to have a different job and the documents were different again.... but the thread seems to have been pulled this time. Did an advert finally appear?
Oh what sharp eyes you have F30.
All the better to spot the premature advertisement.
