I thought this morning, for a change I would start a thread in News.
So I logged onto sky news, To find a story.

I've got aches/pains across the pelvis, though, but these seem to ease very well with a bit of a massage (steady!)..........

I can stride out, with an even gait, for a very extended period of time (in comparison). I feel 'restored'. :o)

Well the good news is that there is no loss of muscle power, but i am a bit disappointed about the persisting pelvic pain........however it should settle given time.

Now "back to pistols at dawn"
