I wanted to watch it, but Bruce is on BBC2, that won.
Thoroughly enjoyed it dotty
Yes dotty,
It was better than I had expected, given that I am not a great fan of Terry Wogan.
He said that the end of the first programme was "half way round",does this mean it's only in 2 programmes.
I think the beauty of Ireland could at least merit 4 programmes?
I thought it was rather good, but it is only 2 programmes, they could have made it more and gone into moe detail of the places he visited
I enjoyed it too dotty.
does anyone know if it is being repeated?
Its on the Iplayer
Mr Q and I enjoed it too. Nice to meet Tel's yound brother!
I liked it too, especially when he said he took thousands of pounds on the bus!
Yes, there are some lovely places near the Ring of Kerry like Kinsale and Dingle, they didn't even visit those. Even Sneem is pretty. The weather was so bad they should have filmed the mountains when the sun came out -- or filmed it in the summer, it doesn't rain so much then !
was a bit twee but enjoyable for all that. Completely bypassed the amazing south-east and will jump Galway/connemara, Mayo and Sligo, some of the most picturesque areas of the country. Guess two hours is short but they filmed 75 hours of fotage according to the radio today
