England Captains- 11 player all in same team

On one occasion an english premier / first division team fielded eleven players at the same time who where all past /present /future england captains. Name the team and at least five of the players.

Do you know the answer?
If so can you clarify the use of the term premier/first division. It would not be a first division side under the current structure (Premier, championship, first, second) or under the original post-premier league set up (premier/first). So are you saying it happened in the days when the top league was the first division.
By the way- I find it very hard to believe this ever happened given the numbers of Scottish and overseas players since the 1960s.

This has never happened - Southampton were the nearest team to do this - I'll leave you to look up the details.

One club did provide all the players for an international game once.
