New to this

I'm really new to this, but how do people post pictures and links, to other places on here.  Please help but remember I am very very new so keep it very very simple

You can do this easily (it took me 3 attempts!) if you use ImageShack or this one http://tinypic.com/  Just browse for the picture you want -  click 'Host' and that's all there is to it.

Someone will correct me if this is wrong ;-).

If I'm searching for answers to people's questions, I have 2 browser windows open simultaneously. (One used solely for AnswerBank and the other for conducting searches).

When I find a page that I think a questioner might like to get as a link, I right-click in the address bar and select 'Copy'. I then go to my answer in the other browser window and right-click, selecting 'Paste' this time.
