I also remember needing only gas and air to get me through it and not screaming or swearing once.
I think that the version of childbirth you see on TV and in the movies is greatly exaggerated for dramatic effect!
In real life the pain is very intense, with all the sweating but not as much screeching. Unfortunately, as no man will ever experience it, they will never understand.
So until the day it is legal to kick a guy in his jewels every 2 minutes for 12-36 hours, we women will just have to shrug it off and once again let men believe they know what they're talking about!

Ganesh I didnt say people dont have more difficult births I said some women exaggerate, I also never said my birth wasnt that bad. It was quite difficult but I chose not to scream constantly and waste my energy on that. Every birth is different but the statment wasnt about people having difficult births it was about people exaggerating and my opinion was that some people do.
